Battle Royale. I fell asleep through it though Heretic. Expect death at dawn. I fell asleep too! To be fair, though, we had been up since 7:30 or something ridiculous, and started watching it about midnight, so... I last watched the Dawn Of The Dead remake and a live Lee Evans show.

Donnie Brasco - which remains high on my list of favourite films.
Ed Gein - which is odd, considering that it all happened in real life as well.

ok... i have to try and remember them in order.
School of Rock i like it quite alot, Jack Black is very good in this movie. and the kids are very good players, specially the blonde guy on drums.
Hitchikers Guide To The Galaxy not as good as i hoped, didn't laugh out loud at all, and it all seemed rather lame tbh.
Spiderman 2 finally got round to seeing this, and i liked it alot. so much so, that i now harbour dreams to be Spiderman. he's easily the coollest superhero.
Final Destination 2 coollest death scenes in a movie, i loved this the first time i saw it, and i loved it this morning.
Waynes World 2 good. simple as. funny, amusing to look at... good.

Today:
True Romance. I think that was the one I watched. The Tarantino film? Yeah, it was kinda good actually. Legally Blonde Was on TV tonight. I laughed a lot. So did the others. Not as much of a chick flick as I'd imagined.

Monster's Ball.
Bit of an odd premise really: rascist jailor helps out black waitress... drives her son to hospital when he's hit by a car... looks after the boy's mother when she's evicted, they screw each other, they kinda get along, The End. Well, no that's not all, she finds out that he's the guy who put her husband in the electric chair as well.
Then on another plot me and my flatmate were discussing the harsh reality of working and saving and ending up in a care home, as the jailor's dad does.

Envy - i really didn't like it when i saw it, but just remembering various parts of it probably means i'll enjoy it if i see it again. with hindsight, a pretty amusing film. not great though. Anchorman - superb. great main character, cute lookin girl, great support (especially the one with an IQ of 48... pants party ) and a talking dog. brilliant.

Dirty Dancing - a feel good movie with a decent soundtrack, believable leads and good scripting. Now where's my dancing partner?

Vanishing Point - still great, always will be.
The Quick And The Dead - its hard to tell with the facial expressions, script, holes in people and camera angles if this is tongue in cheek or not. but its a western, has a fairly good looking woman as lead, has guns and death and stuff, so its alright...

Stripes.
Quite funny although I did spend part of it asking my mate whether his army days were anything like the stuff in the film.

The Corpse Bride Liked it, but despite the fact that every reviewer alwas goes "OMG There's a twist!"... erm, there's not. Sorry, folks. It's as obvious as being hit with sh*t, I'm afraid. Still, it's a good (if short) yarn, though I did spend the majority of it playing the "guess the voice" game... and plotting ways to kill the people sat behind us in the cinema.

The Amityville Horror
not great, but still scary enough to make me jump, but i jump at everything. didn't really stick to the true story, which is actually more interesting than the film.
Anchorman
because i wanted to see it again. hehehehe...
