I'm talking about stuff you do with physical objects... like making models out of napkins, or spinning a hat on your finger... (the hat spinning thing is a favourite of mine... I even did it in class today...  ). |

I tend to just draw stuff. I'll draw whatever comes to mind. I once drew a heart, then turned it into a heart-shaped generator, then drew love-powered things attached to it. A love-powered sofa, a love-powered lava shower, a love-powered Mr T... That was in a psychology lesson.
If I'm not in possession of a pen and paper, I tend to tap. Anything that's around, a chair, a table... This one annoys everyone else, too ;D

i fiddle with stuff. pen knifes, pens, coins, bouncy balls, plyers, little chains. or spin my phone up in the air and catch it.

I usually tap things: body parts, objects. That kind of thing. Or jiggle - I have this habit of making my left leg move quite fast repeatedly up and down, and sometimes this spreads to the other leg or my hands. I often don't even realise I'm doing it.
Also, I just tend to hold things in my mouth, like pens or eye liners and the such. Or I randomly move things around my desk for no apparent reason, then move them again after a few minutes.
And then there's randomly noting down one-liners or lyrics or drawing little odd things, if I have the means to do so near me.
