Well, i said that i'd try to implement some changes to this fine place on the old gal's birthday, and i have. There's not as many as i hoped. but some.
I've got the Jukebox working! It's not exactly how i'd like it, but it's a good substitute. If you click the link underneath the ads, it'll take you to the jukebox!
I am thinking of a monthly vote/decision on what songs include on it. For now, if peoples want a song, then they can PM me and i'll see if i can obtain it.
I've added a few aesthetic changes to the place. I've added some head and base images to both the front page, and to the thread pages too - just to give it something a bit different. Of course, if peoples don't like them, or they have any suggestions for better ones, then do tell me- the place runs on communication! I've also changed the Affiliates Banner, to make it more up to date with the current skin.
On the subject of communication, i've decided to close Saint Jimmy's Gospel for the time being
It's not being used, and James hasn't been about for a while. It's not say this is permanent, but i will have to see how this goes. Of course, if anyone has ideas as to what to do with it, or they feel that they could take on the board then PM me telling me why you think you could do it.
With James leaving the staff (temporarily or permanently, i'm not sure) i've taken it upon myself to promote Adam to the role of Sports Board moderator. This spot has been open since Ash eft, and i think he's the right man to fill the spot. Congratulations Adam!
I've added/removed some of the code, so i'm hoping the place may run a bit quicker. This is really an ongoing process so if you don't notice anything straight away, then apologies I've also got some other things i am looking into, but these aren't as easy as i'd hoped
So, there you go! Feel free to tell me what you think of it, and let me knoe any any errors or bugs. Even if there's something you want added, then tell me ASAP, as then i can see how feasable it is
And of course, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SMERKERS!
