I think it's funny how he has the observational skills of myself! But I think even I would notice my sister having a boob slip out even if I wasn't watching the screen at the time... surely there would be sound cues like presenters going 'oh dear' etc... maybe they didn't.
The 'I've seen worse things' doesn't sound too complimentary...
Nah I expect he probably meant he's seen worse things happen to people, I hope.
