Pimping Captain... they are doing a gig near me in Southampton on March 18 at The Hobbit. Check their website for more dates. Also Hooker are in Southampton again, on Feb 24th at The Mitre. |

I should add that both Versonic, and my guitar teacher's band Hooker are playing Talking Heads in Southampton on Sunday.
I was going to go home Sunday...
Well I was too busy so i didn't attend. However Hooker play The Carpenter's Arms in Trowbridge on Saturday this weekend coming.

Pretty good playing tonight... if only my bus could have left a little later, then I might have been able to see the whole set.  On the upside though, the guitarist's dad bought me a pint... ah the perks of being a student (of the guitarist's)...  Seriously though, I had some good company, which helps when you're as nervy and quiet as I am. |

Those in the West should check out the Wooley Festival in Bradford upon Avon on the 16th, and the West Wilts Show on 28th-30th July. Midge Ure takes centre stage on Trowbridge bandstand on the Friday. Now there's something I never thought I'd hear! I'm definitely going to the Wooley fest next week, and if I can make it I'll try the West Wits show. By then I should be living in my new flat in Southamton if all goes well. |

Oh yeah btw, Versonic split a while back so those dates are no longer valid.  Right, onward now: Hooker20th Aug - The George, Bradford On Avon, Wilts 27th Aug - White Stock Festival, Steeple Ashton, Wilts Filming for their video River Thief takes place soon I hear.
