So, if you could have the choice of who to put on a festival bill...who would it be? It can be anyone, dead, alive, together or disbanded.
Mine are: Pink Floyd Led Zeppelin The Who Radiohead The White Stripes Nightwish System of a Down Rage Against the Machine Procul Harum Eels.
Ill add more once i've thought of them

Slipknot you have to admit, take out the sh*t and gimmicks, and they're a decent bandI have to agree with you there. My festival? Hmmmm... a bit of a mixture I think... The Frank Chickens (Oh Jackie Chan) to warm up Union Underground (Turn Me On Mr Deadman) to follow and then... The Doors (Roadhouse Blues, Hello I Love You, Wild Child) to open Primal Scream (Rocks, I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have, Swastika Eyes) Deep Purple (Speed King, Smoke On The Water, Child In Time) Black Sabbath (Iron Man, War Pigs, Spiral Architect, Heaven and Hell) Slipknot (Heretic Anthem, My Plague) Rainbow (Man On The Silver Mountain, Rainbow Eyes) Dio (Holy Diver, Don't Talk To Strangers, Rock and Roll Children) ZZ Top (La Grange, Legs, Gimme All Your Lovin') and finish with Judas Priest (Ram It Down, Better By You Better Than Me, Painkiller, and United) United would be a really nice song to end on.
