This really angers me. Why can't fecking London deal with their own waste instead of forcefully shifting it into other counties, effectively making it someone else's problem? Grrr >:(

Yes that is unfair. London may be heavily built up, but it should also ensure it's own infrastructure can support it. It's kind of like with the water really. They threaten everyone with hose pipe bans in the south and east because the water industry has not built adequate piping.
