I REALLY have to finish this- closure y'know
Sometimes plain, sometimes dotted
Sometimes red, sometimes spotted
Mostly found near moss in woods
Or in verges by main roads
I cast my eye upon a stool
I land my eye upon a cap
A bunch of mushrooms in a pool
Looking like some ugly fool
I shouldn't eat them, as a rule
I unless of course, you are a mule
So the wretched fungus
a 'room of mush'
Is gobbled up by a small brown Thrush.
