yup BMI is useless- anyway you can tell if you are really fat by the impact it has on your health. If you feel healthy it obviously isnt too bad. If you find it taxing to do simple stuff like walk up the stairs you have a problem and id suggest diet anyways since last time i posted here I have lost half a stone so nyeh.

Incidentally, I worked out how wide my shoulders are: 26.5" from shoulder to shoulder. Not bad, I guess, untill I doubled it and came up with 53 inches, which when I converted it into feet, was 4'4". Then I remembered that Neen is 4'9". My shoulders are about half a Neen in width. Having a big frame blows

I knew a bloke like that, but he'd built himself up to a wide frame, except he had put no effort into his neck muscles and had a pencil neck, making him look a bit of a tit really.

I can imagine people using such measurements in a Monty Python type film.
Prison Officer: Height? Mistaken Prisoner: 1 and a third Neens. Prison Officer: Shoulder span? Mistaken Prisoner: A quarter Neen.

I sometimes worry about my weight, but deep down I know I have nothing to worry about. I'm 5' 11" and I weigh about 11- 12 stone, which is pretty much smack bang in the middle of how much I should weigh for my height.
The example Ellen highlighted is shocking though.

I know a crazy guy who says all fat people should be burned. He has the idea that he'll bring about an apocolypse encourage the thin people o0f the world to burn them for fuel cos 1)they'll eat up all the resources and 2) they'll burn for longer. He is a little demented freak. He is about 5' 3" and looks like an evil scaly gremlin.
I think he was Hitler or Stalin or someone like that in a past life
