I've been ill four times in five weeks. This time I'm seriously unwell. I need to go to the Doctor but I'm too busy making things worse by doing college work. Gahhh. And to make things even more promising, three people have informed me this is how you get M.E.

I wouldn't say that was fullproof but you definitely need to see a doctor to make sure you don't have any secondary infections bringing you down, or you could end up with pleurisy(sp?) or pneumonia. |

You don't if you're sensible... Cover up? Avoid staying in the sun for long periods of time, especially between 11 and 2? Apply suntan lotion? Make sure you have a bottle of aftersun in the fridge for afterwards, just in case? It's not hard... Parentals and family in general are annoying... Grrr. |
